Public consultation now live
We are pleased to announce that the public consultation on our proposals for Station Approach, Purley is now live.
Station Approach, Purely Ltd is bringing forward plans for a new, high-quality hotel on the site adjacent to Purley Railway Station, alongside a range of public realm improvements including tree planting, new paving, and the removal of the existing underpass. These proposals aim to enhance the town centre, create new local jobs, and provide modern, sustainable visitor accommodation.
We are now inviting local residents, community groups, and stakeholders to view the proposals and share their feedback. Your comments will help shape the final planning application ahead of its submission to Croydon Council later this summer.
